Capgemini
I started my career at Capgemini in the Telecommunications vertical. While at Capgemini, I worked in the Quote to Cash space, specifically with an interface between Siebel and Kenan BP. It was during this time I primarily worked on the database level triaging interface errors. I worked with clients, including AT&T and a regional northeastern ILEC.
Zuora
I have continued my career working at a leading SaaS billing company called Zuora. I started at Zuora when it was a private company before going public. Zuora sits in the Quote to Cash space between CRM and ERP as part of the “third cloud” architecture. My role has been as a Sr. Solution Architect. I have since been promoted to Principal Solution Architect, working on some of our most strategic customers. I help clients to modernize their Quote to Cash framework by realizing additional value nurturing customer relationships. Today, I serve clients as a consultant to help them make the journey to modernize their billing and quote to cash infrastructure.
SaaS and Quote to Cash solutions
I have worked in the Quote to Cash space for 10+ years starting at Capgemini and continuing with Zuora as a SaaS leader in billing solutions. I continue to learn and grow within this domain as I learn more about upcoming new technologies. It is my hope that these new technologies will help our customers add more value to their businesses.
